      Avantages

      Easy to get into for fresher Meals Good salary Decent for competitive people but almost no incentive

      Inconvénients

      1)company is not product centric, low quality product and high expectations 2)too much working pressure and no marketing for the product 3) no customer service for the product 4)high pressure and salary cuts if underperforming and no valuation for the efforts of sales team. 5) extreme expectation from a lackluster product and also have zero accountability to it's employees or it's customers

      1. Salary gets credited on 7th of every month 2. Recent investment from a big brand

      Inconvénients

      1. Father-son and entire family members are running the business. At every leadership position you will find a family person. 2. They can fire ANY employee at any point of time. I have seen from Directors to associates- anyone can be asked to leave. 3. CEO is 25 yr old (chairman’s son ofcourse), he has zero decision making skills 4. HR is useless, just sitting infront of CCTV camera, again HR filled with referrals (so there job is safe) 5. You will find people here sitting for 10-11 yrs - who are also giving interviews to other companies but getting rejected 6. Heavy attrition
