      Avantages

      There are some very passionate long term individuals who work for this company. It generally has a great atmosphere and you know you are with people who care about the work they do.

      Inconvénients

      Can be difficult to drive a creative vision with management. CEO is also the CD and requires creative support to truly see through a vision of the project.

      Avantages

      near some cool food spots. the executive producer was very fun to work around. Some cool freelancers

      Inconvénients

      Very low pay. Roaches and Beatles are normal. The windows have toxic lead in them (a freelancer brought a test kit and confirmed it). Snacks are cheap and minimal, owner gives you a cold vibe if you take any. Owner walks by staring at your screen throughout the day in a creepy way. They never order lunches for you during the day, only if you work late. They use the AVP online timecard thing, its a hassle. It's because they are too lazy to log in your hours so they make you do it for them. Parking is a hassle.
