- people are so friendly - nice company annual meetings

Inconvénients

- one of the lowest salaries in field - company structure is not stable. I technically didn't have a manager for 8 months.

Fast growing scale-up doing inspirational work in the fashion industry. Lots of growth opportunities. Human approach to employees/colleagues.

Inconvénients

As with many scale-ups, strategic direction can become a bit vague and roles & responsibilities can become messy.
