      Avantages

      Great place to learn for new mechanics Good People Nice facility at CVG Decent pay for new mechanics

      Inconvénients

      Two significant layoffs in less than a year. Poor materials department, Will expect you to hold the hands of unlicensed mechanics and sometimes sign for them. Company seems to be on really shaky ground. No pay scale, have to fight for a raise unless promoted.

      Avantages

      Flexible workflow, responsive team, helpful managers, patience, PTO, remote work, downtime, lots of learning and a dedicated team

      Inconvénients

      downsizing due to budget in 2024, cuts in benefits, 401K and PTO time due to this.

      Avantages

      You work on a variety of aircraft, some more than others but, it gives you a little bit of experience on everything.

      Inconvénients

      Management only exists when you get in trouble for something but, if you require help, you will almost always be left in the dark. Not enough people for some of the jobs they put you on.
