- Benefits are good for seniors but not very good for freshers. - It's a good place for freshers to learn; however, expect some projects from the Japanese market, where the technology is quite old
Inconvénients
- Depending on your business unit and manager, you may sometimes need to work under high pressure - If you are chosen to work on a Japan project, there won't be much to learn.
