Avantages

Small & privately owned, but product is a luxury and unique hotel, bar, fine dining restaurant, spa, and events venue. Plenty of opportunity to explore the professional industry you position is part of

Inconvénients

Owners overwork management team and due to their somewhat close-minded nature, they often leave intregal positions open/unfilled for extensive amount of time because they don't want to go through the employment process - thus leaving the work to be forced upon other employees. Owners run the business based on personal feelings rather than business principles (lack of actual established polices or standards that should be met on the day to day) thus producing an atmosphere of confusion and tension. Due to the size and the owner's views on what/who is important or who's status is worthy of his time or adequate compensation

Avantages

Excellent in the summer but in the winter you would get a table a day

Inconvénients

The owner is horrible to his employees calling them idiots and other names, some people are only 16 and he’s calling them names and throwing stuff.
