Avantages
The pros I can think of is, being a full time sales advisor you get two free outfits per month which is nice. The shop floor staff I worked with was nice also. 50% pay of transport
Inconvénients
really bad management dealt online as we do not have management on site, quite passive aggressive responses to beginner staff when we questioned about things that were not clear/or explained properly. Really bad lack of communication Terrible communication between staff. management and HR HR is based in Brazil so they take quite a while to respond or never do. Payment day is a joke where you are not paid on the day it is said you'll be paid and their excuse is that being an international transfer it takes a couple of days to get into your account lol Also there is no future perspective of growth within the company as I think for you to grow would take years of dealing and taking their passive aggressive attitude.
