- a good mix of professional and laid-back atmosphere - variety of tasks and skills to work on, breaks up monotony - frequent new learning opportunities, although not necessarily with correlated career growth opportunities - management embodies "what can we learn" instead of finger-pointing - both management and entire staff are very involved in helping each other out when things get hectic - strong respect for work-life balance. Working more than 40 hours a week is very atypical - none of that "we're a family" hogwash
Inconvénients
- For a production worker, you might outgrow the possibilities in a couple-few years, as there's only so far to go career-wise within the business - recurring tendency to oversell actual production capacity can lead to worker burnout
