Avantages
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Everyone is underpaid, the Management team does not care about the product they deliver, and there is absolutely no employee protection.
Inconvénients
Prejudice and Racism from the highest levels of Executive Management. I have witnessed Senior Executives threatening employees verbally and physically. The attrition rates at Fetchr are due to an incompetent structure where people reward incompetence rather than quality work. The company works on a policy of fear and retaliation. Middle Management seems to take pride in underpaying employees. I have witnessed the HR department demand that operational staff and warehouse employees take paycuts to their already limited monthly salaries. All the while they move to pay lazy unsuccessful office staff more money. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR COMPANY TO WORK FOR FETCHR.
