      Avantages

      Compensation is good and the family who owns the company is great aside from trusting the wrong leader. People in the company are decent hard working people who deserve better.

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic leader who does not understand how to strategically grow a company. Has fired all the people he hired cause he doesn't understand what it takes to lead. He is out of touch and not present (Lives out of state) and talks a good game on culture but his actions demonstrate the opposite. Do not join this company there is not development plan, no leadership. Looked on linked in for former employees so you can get an honest assessment of the way the company really operates.

      Growing orginzation, opportunity to grow and develop. Very transparent orginzation with open door policy. Hybrid work schedule.

      Inconvénients

      Growing orginzation, change will be consistant because of the growth. If you can't adapt to change this is not the right company for you.

      Avantages

      The company has a commitment to development, a strong culture and a talented team. The products are best in class and the team shows their dedication to collaboration through cross functional projects. Pay is good and the benefits are great. There are a lot of unique benefits, such as music lessons. The people make it great.

      Inconvénients

      The company is fast growing and sometimes people need to wear many hats. Not a bad thing, but that isn't for everyone. When thinking about joining, this organization is best for those with low ego needs and that can be just as comfortable delegating as rolling up their sleeves and doing the work.
