Seems good at first, then reality hits - Avis employé Office Administrator First Response

I was the fifth person in my role within two years. A lot of office gossip, favoritism. No opportunity for a raise or advancement. Micromanagement style strong from the President and always moving the goal post. I would suggest to keep looking as you will be looking for another job once you’re a few months in anyways.
