Avantages

We really just help people, before I worked here I had know idea how to look for a real job, I found out most people dont either! Hopefully we place the canidate, but at minimum we show them how to be successful in there own search

Inconvénients

The worst part of the job is talking with people that are struggling to find a job but are not willing to try a new approach

First Source is a business that assists candidates with finding the position they are highly qualified for and are looking for. They put the wants, needs and skills of the candidate first. The owners strongly believe in trying to put a more personal touch to the process of finding a job and offering assistance in any area the candidate may need advice. There is no cost of any type to our candidates. We take the time to visit with you on the phone to find out what your specific needs and wants are so we can place you in a position that you desire. As an employee it was a pleasure to get to know the candidate on a more personal level by taking the time to have a conversation with them. This helped us get to have an accurate account of what the candidate is looking for in placement instead of just utilizing a resume' and assuming we know what a candidate is searching for. Just one of the ways we try to personalize how we assist our candidates.

Inconvénients

Some candidates don't realize we truly are there to help them and don't want to take the ten minutes of time to visit on the phone.
