      Avantages

      Laid back office in convenient city location. Great insurance benefits (100% covered for single people). High Growth and young company means there are a lot of process changes and improvements. Everyone's ideas are encouraged. Good opportunities for growth. Equity is given for all full time roles.

      Inconvénients

      It is getting better, but we have been short on resources. Would be nice to have more tools, more marketing support, more people.
