Avantages
Work is in an office park with other very large companies. Good place for temporary work but you should always be looking elsewhere. I have seen people do very well here for 2 years and then suddenly get fired because the company 'went in a different direction'.
Inconvénients
This is very different than any other tech company out there. Free speech and opinions are limited and people here don't have fun. Management seems to prefer to rule with an iron first, even though they don't know what they are doing. They lack experience in the industry, and in their role, and they don't realize how their decisions affect the people that work there. It is really sad how the company continues to falter and management doesn't make the proper business decisions to make this company survive. I've never worked at a company that was so disorganized and didn't care about it's workers. Nobody seems happy and only new people work here before they get fired.
