      Pros: 1. Great learning opportunities: You will have many opportunities to show your talent and develop new skills at the same time. The team would support you from all possible ways. 2. Frequent visits to South Africa Office 3. Above average pay ( Decent hike every year) + Yearly performance based bonus.

      Inconvénients

      Cons: 1. You have to follow South Africa Holiday calendar and work on Indian holidays. Although they have started allowing employees to work from home on Indian holidays.
