      CEO who micromanages everything, terrible to say the least. 1) He has people who are his “eyes and ears” in the all his offices. 2) Though Fitch group is big on diversity, Andreas undermines all the initiatives at FL. 3) Not open to hear feedback or improvements, someone who comes in from a Know-it-all background. 4) The business has not grown or grown marginally from the time he has been the CEO. 5) Attitude- egoist, which has led to losing clients, and market share in different regions

      Avantages

      Strong Europe and NYC presence with high caliber investment banking institutions. High quality trainers and teaching material content. Strong with technology / eLearning capabilities particularly as training continues virtually through the pandemic.

      Avantages

      There are no pros please don’t subject yourself to such a horrible work environment

      Inconvénients

      Toxic leadership. You will be talked down to as if you’re unintelligent should you make one mistake. HR will not listen to you or provide a solution when you express that your leader is creating a hostile work environment. Lead flow is poor and goals are high and Unachievable. No proper training or guidance as well. Most of the time you’re lead to figure it out yourself. No room for growth at all.
