      Avantages

      Really open to feedback. There are daily, monthly and quarterley meetings, each with a different take, but aimed at making the company a better place. These are really taken on board. Beacuse of this we have a really good benefits package; health care scheme, flexi-time etc.

      Inconvénients

      Very fast paced. The days go quickly!

      There’s very few Your job is at risk everyday as you’re expected to just get it done and not complain Got a disciplinary because I broke my ribs due to a work accident an had to have to much time off to heal
