      Avantages

      Very good pay! I worked here for over 6 years, although I didn’t have promotion during this 6 years, but I still have salary increment every year by increasing 1k (HKD) per year. Thanks god!

      For those who want to enter FlexSystem, please don’t believe in market price. The statistics is fake. Please believe in FlexSystem, the pay is really good.

      Commission scheme is not guarantee, not align with what they said in interview, be aware your contract Work environment is toxic. All leads goes two senior first and micro management by the team head of HR product unit Many ad-hoc and meaningless tasks created by them suddenly Be aware your client list, they will ask you to provide all your customers at first week
