      Avantages

      Well run with many improvements in the past few years. The company used to be dark and dirty place to work but better now. The leaders care about you and know you personally, something rare in this trade.

      One week your working 15 hours overtime, the next your not.

      Terrible raises, even more terrible management. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. There is rampant nepotism.
