      Avantages

      It was such a learning experience I cannot even describe. Everyday was something new and challenging. The Owner made me feel like I was part of the family.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the downsides were that the work was sporadic which made it hard to keep on budget. It was also very hard to know how the owner was going to change things up on a daily basis so it was hard to define what my job really was.
