      Avantages

      It’s a easy job to obtain, especially if you’re still in high school.

      Inconvénients

      Management is very unprofessional and did not understand circumstances that were out of people’s hands. Favoritism is blantanly expressed, the more they like you the better your shifts and you’ll also get to work more. You’ll only get promoted if they favor you rather if you’ve worked there longer or have experience. It’s a “yes sir” kind of job.

      Avantages

      Discount on kroger brand products. Cross training in different departments.

      Inconvénients

      Very few hours. Employees are all held to different standards. Very hard to get weekly hours that are substantial in any way and hold a second job at the same time because of scheduling erratic scheduling. Constantly receive 4 hour shifts, often in the middle of the day making it hard to schedule a second job. Seen several coworkers lose their housing because the GM would rather hire too many people and give them 10- 20 hours a week to save money on labor.
