      Avantages

      Pretty straight forward job. Nice co workers, that’s about it.

      Inconvénients

      ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED AND THERE IS NO APPRECIATION, worst upper management, “raises” once a year and you only get about a quarter, ZERO room for growth, bad scheduling, you will always be at work. keep you past the end of your shift everyday. Worst corporate I’ve ever seen. You get in trouble for almost anything. Security watches what you are doing ALWAYS. Upper management talks behind your back always *track your hours because payroll will not pay you sick time or vacation*

      Avantages

      Discount on kroger brand products. Cross training in different departments.

      Inconvénients

      Very few hours. Employees are all held to different standards. Very hard to get weekly hours that are substantial in any way and hold a second job at the same time because of scheduling erratic scheduling. Constantly receive 4 hour shifts, often in the middle of the day making it hard to schedule a second job. Seen several coworkers lose their housing because the GM would rather hire too many people and give them 10- 20 hours a week to save money on labor.
