Avantages
-Cutting edge technology. -Fast paced work environment. -There is an incredible group of manufacturing staff in the Carlsbad office. -As an engineer, you wear a lot of different hats. -Good place to work for new grad engineers.
Inconvénients
-Crippling pressure to get things right the first time. No tolerance or understanding when mistakes are made even when they are trivial and can be resolved. -The work can become a little stale and monotonous. -VERY steep learning curve.
