Inconvénients
- you always have to keep proving yourself to get a promotion or a good hike otherwise a regular appraisal doesn’t go beyond 7% - sometimes work on the weekends too (not necessary but it counts to get in the boss’s visibility) - sometimes there’s no work life balance which isn’t said out loud but is appreciated by the management
