      Staff friendly, small team, free uniform allowance

      Inconvénients

      Barely any customers - dull, really boring work. Store existed more as a brand presence than an actual shop.

      Everything was well organized. All the employees were nice and kind.

      Avantages

      Clothing allowance is decent. Staff is very down to earth and chill.

      Inconvénients

      Minimum wage job, no commission, no benefits, (benefits are for full time and full time is only for managers) Seems to be a cultural disconnect from the US location and the EU locations, Alot of downtime during the week. Sometimes the weekends can be slow as well. No opportunity to move up in the company since all offices are in the UK.
