Avantages
Attorneys and staff are all nice and easy to work with.
Inconvénients
Management is horrible. They micromanage you. The amount of work put on the legal support staff is insane. They will put 4-5 attorneys on one legal assistant and think its fine. The case and work load is huge. Legal assistants are responsible for things unrelated to their job. The firm is huge and extremely busy but they operate as a mid size firm, overworking the little guys. Turnover is crazy.
