Avantages
I've worked with fantastic people and some of the customers are wonderful. You get a lot of practice at building relationships.
Inconvénients
There are no regular raises and are often less than cost of living increase. If you're on salary they will work you into the ground and not even compensate you with a thank you. Bonuses do not exist. Upper management will sabotage you, then blame you to senior management, but take credit for your success. Structure and policy is non-existent, as are ethics. There is no personal life allowed.
