      Avantages

      It was a tight knit community and the care staff knew each resident. Therefor they knew how to care for each resident.

      Inconvénients

      People were confused as to why they were there, because they have memory problems, so I felt they didn’t bridge the gap between being at home, to being stuck in a facility looking for their family.

      The love and appreciation from the families and the residents

      EVERYTHING except the most amazing residents. That deserve the best care!!!!!!
