Inconvénients
It is a serious crime if one dares suggest/recommend new, or a logical thinking to stinking old sacks, so called SENIORS in the team. Each one wakes up with a fear of loosing their employment and that drives them miles in saving their jobs in every negative way required (including ganging up and against talented people). The so called management is helpless, and have zero control over all of these.
