Avantages
My work-life balance is much better than it was at my last agency. Also, my colleagues are talented, collaborative, and kind. When an employee expresses interest in specific areas of the business, GCIH will work to provide an opportunity for them to work in said area.
Inconvénients
Some WPP blanket policies that GCIH has to follow can impact employees' opportunity for career growth and increased compensation.
