Avantages
If you are a true salesperson and like picking up the phone and dialing all day, then yes this is for you. The people at ngage(the parent company) are actually really cool and very pleasant to speak with. CEO of ngage and the CEO of GCS are very approachable and happy to answer any questions you may have.
Inconvénients
Well where do I start, you constantly make the company 50-80k per job you book for a candidate but the boss in Orlando for GCS, will make sure to make you think that you do not deserve any of that except a thousand dollars but spread out throughout the year, so about 80 bucks a month you get from 50-85k you make for the company. Next the people who work at GCS in Orlando are as fake as they come, one minute you are doing a good job and you get compliments to 20 minutes later they make you feel like trash. The office is also smaller than a regular bedroom, 5-7 people all crammed so close together that you cannot back your chair up. There are many other cons, from lying about what my salary would be to constant passive aggressiveness from the Orlando GCS boss. Most days we had to have a "one on one" with the boss for one egregious reason after another. Also, hours are from 8:30-5, but if you get there after 8:15 or leave before 5:30, you will be talked to and 7-8pm leaving time was suggested to me before I got up and left.
