You're on call, you can see when/where they want you a couple of hours beforehand. Most Supervisors are really sweet, fair people. (Not just the Western Hemisphere and the Phillipines)

Get a really bad list of phone numbers that don't render results within 2 hours, and you're dismissed from that shift. (your pay is affected.) Oodles of charts and very small lettering (thank God for the colorful highlights) on every email. Ghost Work: chat platform is ONLY you and the Supervisor + Operational Supervisor - you can't send messages to your other "teammates". Misleading scheduling: when hired you are told to set a schedule for the first 30 days and not to deviate from it, that you can make changes after 30 days. After 30 days you are told that you CAN'T change your basic set schedule for the upcoming month, only "request certain days." High turnover of employees due to these factors, and low pay.
