      - Fixed hours is something complicated to manage if you come from a company with more flexibility but understandable from the company business model - Sometimes is difficult or messy to manage multiple clients - Eventhough carrer development is feasible there is not yet a very clear path

      Avantages

      It is a really flat organization that allows you to participate in different areas with so much freedom. They have an intern program that I think is really good. If you have good ideas they will help you and encourage you to do it. Very good people. It is clear that they are trying to grow every day.

      Inconvénients

      Since is growing some parts of the organizations are being a little bit unorganized. Is not very clear sometimes about what they want to aim with the people's care department. Sometimes they have so many internal processes that not necessary are useful.

      Inconvénients

      Fixed work hours, short times for complex projects, and company focused on developers and software.
