      Avantages

      - Really supportive and collaborative team — everyone’s willing to help each other out - Fun to work on creative projects and partner with amazing clients - Lots of chances to learn and grow - Management is approachable, supportive, and always open to feedback

      Inconvénients

      Things can get busy during peak seasons but I’d say it’s pretty normal compared to any of my past roles

      - flexible / remote - team is so helpful and uplifting - everyone is so nice and willing to help!!!!! - celebrate each others wins and get recognition

      - none everyone is literally amazing and so understanding
