      Avantages

      -company culture is unmatched; everyone truly uplifts and helps each other because we all just want to see everybody win. -opportunity for growth is nothing like I have ever seen -hands-on training and close mentorship are provided throughout entire growth process -not treated like just another number, my home away from home -provides training for skillsets that I can use in any aspect of my life

      Inconvénients

      -you have to grow here and that can feel very uncomfortable but I do not see that as much of a con because personal development is important to me and my values. -I put in a lot of time, but I do not see that as a con either because I know what it takes to achieve my dreams and the life that I want.

      Working as an independent contractor for Generation Alpha was an incredibly rewarding experience. The team was fantastic—collaborative, supportive, and truly dedicated to their mission. Their focus on making a positive impact is heartwarming, and it was a blast to be part of their outreach efforts. If you're looking for a place where you can make a difference and work with passionate people, Generation Alpha is definitely worth considering!

      Inconvénients

      From my experience, really not much. The only one that I can think of is their business hours, but I have worked with many companies with similar hours so I wouldn't say it's a negative - it's a workstyle.

      None they lie about the job details

      Inconvénients

      You'll be outside all day panhandling to keep Phyllis rich. That's it, that's all. Oh, and you have to drive your own car; no gas reimbursement or anything. You pay depends on how much money you make from panhandling. Please run, and this company needs to be investigated by the feds.
