Inconvénients
There is a noticeable lack of consistency and fairness in how performance and staff treatment are handled. Some employees may feel unsupported when issues arise. Work pressure can be intense, especially for the site team, with long working hours and high workload expectations tied to strict project milestones. Work–life balance is a challenge, as site work typically runs from 8am to 7pm, including Saturdays.
