      Inconvénients

      Upper management has completely lost touch with the employee base and shows no loyalty to long term employees. New CEO has no experience in Gerber's core markets.

      Avantages

      Good stepping stone if you really need a job. People there seem to be genuine and form long-term professional relationships.

      Inconvénients

      HR is a bit antiquated. Not sure if they still practice the "You get 10 PTO days, 4 of which we will dictate that you must use at the end of December" rule. So, in reality, you get 6 PTO days, but they want you to think you have 10. Seems very deceptive.
