- Very open, on my first day, there was a company meeting where they went over all of the company costs and goals. It was super refreshing as in other workplaces this info was just kept to a manager level and trickled down to lower ranks. - The training was fantastic. I was given not just info about my role but info on how other teams operated in the business. This really helped me get a grounding for what I would be doing. -Everyone is friendly - Loads of snacks and the kitchen is the best one I have seen in an office. - Location is great, you are surrounded by some great places to eat.
