      Avantages

      The teams and people you work with are great. Everyone works well together and smoothly. The goal they are trying to accomplish is admirable.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership makes decisions based on fears and kneejerk reactions to the climate of news culture. Instead of training current employees to a new role, they lay-off and hire others that have those specialties on resume. The core values are good if they were followed, but sadly they are not.

      Avantages

      Good group of mission driven team members. Management tries to pivot to keep business going when competition crumbles. The company and team has desire to make this work as a startup.

      Inconvénients

      It is a startup and constantly pivots to stay alive. Not ideal for folks who like to stick to one lane. Your role will probably change many times but it also means you will get to learn a lot if you are up for it.

      Avantages

      Able to choose your own hours, bring your knowledge and be ready to share.

      Inconvénients

      To many extremely young managers who do not understand the needs and expectations of the 55+ group, which is not good since they want to focus on that population.
