      Avantages

      Plenty leaves but leave approval depends upon your RM. Not much pros but they will commit too many things during the hiring process. Beware.

      Inconvénients

      You’ll get not get the same salary what they mention on the offer letter. 1-2% appraisal in a year. Pay very low as compared to other organisations. Manager will not treat you as an employee if you are deployed at client site.

      Avantages

      They are extremely oriented around their employees on every single level. They make work easy for real, it’s an amazing place to work

      Nothing to report yet on this, they have been nothing but great to me
