      Same as other IT services company, nothing better nothing worst.

      Inconvénients

      No growth, stuck in the same client several years, no salary raises.

      Avantages

      Outside Colombia, it's a big company

      Inconvénients

      In Colombia started with 300 employees and in 2015 only 20 employees still worked there. Never told to employees about the problems, and someday many people was fired.
