      Great coworkers, decent pay, nice attempts to keep employees engaged

      Inconvénients

      A startup that tries to act like they are competitive with the big names in the industry but in reality nobody has ever heard of them in the US.

Related to your comments about the company, change is constant in cybersecurity including industry players.       Avantages

      Work life balance, though there are times that require over 8 hours a day due to deadlines, etc., there is flexibility to accommodate personal events without issue. Open communication between supervisor and employees. Company updates/communication from management on a weekly basis. Most employees are working remote since Covid.

      Inconvénients

      Since Covid, US offices were closed. My position on working remote is although it is convenient, the personal interaction "around the water cooler" isn't as frequent -- although my department does a 30-minute semi-monthly video "meeting," so that is a positive.
