Senior leadership (C-levels and VPs) appears to lack a clear and consistent direction. Strategic decisions are frequently reversed, creating confusion and inefficiency. A heavy focus on centralization and market closures signals contraction rather than growth, which can be demotivating for employees striving for success. Rapid changes in direction often undermine long-term planning and the efforts of teams on the ground. Communication between management and teams could be more transparent, particularly regarding the company’s vision and future plans.
