They asked to return to office without proper planning. 2. here RTO means 2 days a week because they do not have capacity to facilitate everyone 5days a week 3. Purposely made this 2 days roaster non consucative so that employee can not get comfort of working from home. 4. How can someone start collaboration on 2 days a week is still Mistry to me
