      Avantages

      Located at World Financial Center, wonderful coworkers, great assistant manager, monthly team dinners, a lot of responsibility given to interns

      Inconvénients

      Unpaid, low worker morale (interns keep quitting), long work day (9am - 6pm Monday to Friday), make international phone calls from home during off-peak hours, bring laptop, boss is unpredictable and belittling at times. Seems to have very little trust in his interns. No company phone or permanent office location.

      You can learn some excel skills and get an overall idea about high speed trading.

      Inconvénients

      It's an unpaid program, but might be helpful for summer interns who is intested in this field.
