      Avantages

      GRSM does the right thing by its clients and employees. Very ethical in its practices.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are on the lower side. The firm is debt free with 80+ offices so overhead is high. Salaries can't really be higher based on the business model.

      Avantages

      Respected firm, objective bonus is nice on top of discretionary bonuses.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of bureaucracy and the help that's promised is rarely actually available.

      Avantages

      The Minneapolis office is a growing office with great opportunities for associates to get hands on involvement with depositions, motion practice and trials. I found my supervising partner to be a great mentor and person. She cared about me as a person and lawyer. I loved my time at Gordon Rees, but left for increased compensation.

      Inconvénients

      Less than market pay. Senior associate laterals who were cliquey and sophomoric.
