      Avantages

      Some teams indeed are agile in how they approach work and are much less hierarchical with a fun and vibrant culture. So depends a lot on which team you join. Pays better than the average gov agency.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover, culture issues at some of the corporate services teams and morale is affected. Administrative load and paperwork seems to be growing a lot year by year.
