      Avantages

      There are some wonderful people that work at the Health Foundation. The benefits are great with 5 weeks of vacation. The location is easy to get to.

      Inconvénients

      There was a period of time when there was no CEO and another period when multiple employees of this small organization were fired or let go. During these periods of time, the culture and environment were stressful.

      Avantages

      There are many pros including autonomy, open-mindedness, excellent pay and benefits, friendly environment and location. It's an organization where you can see that you make a difference in the community.

      Inconvénients

      The only con is the super quiet atmosphere. It is a small office with little to no sounds which can sometimes be more of a distraction.

      Surrounded by intelligent and passionate folks that truly want to make Rochester a better place! Work for Barb if you get a chance, you won't regret it! Learn leadership skills and will challenge you.

      Inconvénients

      Small organization so everyone will know everything (can be a good thing/ depends).
