Avantages
This company is an amazing value proposition. They are doing exciting and unique work in the agricultural industry; not a small feat considering their NYC location.
Inconvénients
Sara and Sewit do not allow dissent. The company culture demands that you fall in line, regardless of what you feel is in the best interest of the company. They will demand a certain personality type as well, and if you do not conform they will shut you out of projects and do anything possible to scapegoat you ahead of ultimate removal. Maybe this stems from the rigidity of the financial services industry, but it has no place in a healthy startup.
