Avantages
Generally a great place to work, great team spirit in lovely office and more relaxed than some of the larger american owned consultants.
Inconvénients
People speak of a silo mentality - difficult to effectively manage multidisciplinary projects but this is being looked at in with great focus with the new MD on board.
